As a busy mama of two monkeys the Summer holidays have been a tad exhausting. My children have a lot of energy and a voracious appetite for fun! We have been having some amazing days out which have provided the perfect opportunity to take lots of photographs.
The past month has been so much fun, and all the days out actually made for some great photographs. I can’t wait to update our photo wall with some of my favourites.
Fortunately my children have been getting on really well. I love watching them play together and seek out each other. I took this on the way back from the Roald Dahl Museum. The kids were so tired so I let them play on my phone and tablet whilst we waited for the bus home.
I spotted this colourful wall whilst we were walking to the Biscuiteers in Kensington. I couldn’t resist taking this photo.
My favourite day out so far has been our trip to Legoland Windsor. It was so nice to surprise the kids as they really wanted to visit. We all loved the new Lego Ninjago World!
We may not have had a holiday but we’ve had some fun days out. We were also able to surprise the kids with a trip to watch Paw Patrol Live! Then we went for lunch at the London Designer Outlet where we spotted a little park. The kids love to run around and this frame made for the perfect photo.
We have had some days at home and picked loads of yummy blackberries! Yep, I made them into apple and blackberry crumble –recipe here.
My Instagram feed was FULL of lavender fields so we went to one and took photos too!
I took this when we went to visit my mum. We all love climbing the White Horse to admire the view. The light was perfect to snap a photo of my two favourite people.
