Peppa Pig fans will love the latest addition to the Peppa Pig range – Princess Peppa’s Carriage from Character Options. This is part of a range of additional Peppa Pig toys which includes Princess Peppa’s Rose Garden and Tower.
My 4 year old is a Peppa Pig fan and was excited to see Princess Peppa’s Carriage. This extravagant carriage and horses comes with Princess Peppa and George articulated figures for children to create their very own imaginative stories.
The new toy range is a must-have for Peppa fans and a great addition to existing Peppa Pig collections although you could also play with it on its own. It comes with a Princess Peppa and Coachman George figure but other Peppa Pig and friends figures can be added inside the carriage and sitting on the horses.
The horse and carriage is instantly recognisable to little girls, especially fans of Disney Princesses. We saw a similar carriage in Covent Garden last week so my daughter was happy to see her favourite Peppa toy in her carriage. The detailing is great with a little throne inside the carriage and the roof lifts off for easy access.
The toy is easy to pull along and has provided lots of hours of fun playtime so far. The only thing we think could be improved is the connection between the carriage and the horses. The horses clip underneath the carriage and whichever character sits at the front of the carriage can hold the reins. My 4 year old found this slightly tricky to attach but my 6 year old didn’t have any problems. Overall we think this is a lovely toy and has been great for imaginative role play.
