Carnivore Club subscription box

Posted on March 24, 2016December 6, 2020 by jenny

I have something a little different to share with you today. I love to show you the contents of the subscription boxes I try and I received an email about Carnivore Club asking me to try it. I’m not a foodie but I loved the sound of this subscription box. In a nutshell, Carnivore Club is a monthly delivery subscription service of British artisan charcuterie.

Carnivore Club subscription box

Once a month, boxes which are full to the brim with unique, innovative charcuterie are delivered straight to customers’ doors all over the world. The company began in Canada and America in 2013 and progressed to leap over the pond to us in 2014.

Every month Carnivore Club feature a different charcutier to give them the opportunity to showcase their outstanding products. This means that we give our customers a voyage of Britain one salami at a time. One month you might be savouring a salami from Cornwall, the next bresoala from the Scottish Highlands.

I received their latest box featuring products from Moons Green,  leaders in the new British Charcuterie movement, making an amazing array of fabulous saucissons, bacons, hams and uniquely British cured meats.

I didn’t really know what to expect so was excited to receive a large faux-wood box featuring the logo of the Carnivore Club. Inside was a selection of cured meats all packaged individually accompanied by the Meat Eaters Handbook.

Carnivore Club subscription box contents

We had friends over this weekend which meant we had the perfect opportunity to try out our Carnivore Club box which contained:

Kalamata Olive Salami

6 Beer sticks

Air-Dried Pork Loin

Rosemary Saucisson

Fiery ‘Nduja

It went down really well with everyone! My favourite were the Beer Sticks, what can I say? I love my beer and these go really well with a bottle or two. My least favourite was the Fiery ‘Nduja but that’s only because I don’t like spicy foods and this had a definite kick.

I think a Carnivore Club box is a great way to try new products, perfect if you’re entertaining foodie friends or just want to send something a little different. A one-off box costs £32 with free shipping. Find out more at the Carnivore Club website and use the promo code gingerbread10 to get 10% off your first box.

I’m slightly obsessed with Nduja at the moment. It’s lovely stuff. Really like the sound of this box.

Sounds great, I’ve never heard about the Carnivore Club before but it’s definitely something we would enjoy! 🙂
