Win 1 of 2 Limited Edition Philips Avent bottle sets

Have you been bitten by Royal baby fever yet? I’m sure it hasn’t escaped your notice that the Duchess of Cambridge is due to give birth any day.

In preparation, Philips Avent took ‘Charles’ and ‘Camilla’ out around London to ensure they had everything for the Royal Baby. They went shopping in Mothercare and Hamleys, as well as stopping by the Lindo Wing to ensure everything was in order. These photos really made me smile.

The nation’s most Brilliantly British baby brand Philips Avent celebrated the impending royal arrival today as some special ‘royal guests’ picked up some last minute items for Catherine and William

Philips Avent have made their products in the UK since 1984, celebrating their 30th Anniversary last year. Avent founder, Edward Atkin, launched the brand because he and his wife struggled when feeding their own baby. Today 80% of all Avent products, including soothers, bottles and teats, are made in the UK, in Glemsford, Suffolk.

  1. I think they should give the baby a ‘normal’ name, not connected to tradition, such as emily or dylan

  2. i think they should call the baby whatever they want not what is traditional for a royal baby.

  3. I guessed it was going to be girl! I think either Victoria or Elizabeth, with Diana as one of the middle names

  4. Already been announced, I was just hoping that somewhere in the names would be Diana, and there you go. Charlotte is lovely too.

  5. Love the name Charlotte Elizabeth Dianna but I still thjinmk it should have been Diana first.

  6. I think they have choosen a lovely name – hope it doesn’t get shortened to charlie

  7. They’ve chosen a lovely name but I was hoping for them to choose something a little less conventional

  8. I liked Victoria but I think the way both grandparents and great grandmother are represented works well

  9. I think their choice of Charlotte is fine. Means that my daughter still has Alice available should she have a daughter next month.
