My lucky daughter was the recipient of the new Fisher Price Gup Speeders Octopod Launcher toy. She loves watching the Octonauts on cBeebies so I knew she would enjoy this toy. The Octonauts follows a team of animated adventure heroes who dive into action whenever there is trouble under the sea. In a fleet of aquatic vehicles, they rescue amazing sea creatures, explore incredible new underwater worlds, and often save the day before returning safely to their home base, the Octopod.
When missions call for turbo-speed and maximum mobility, just ready the Gup Speeders Octopod Launcher. Just place the Gup Speeders into the launcher’s loading dock, bring up the two arms and press down the Octo-Alert! The Gups will spin round inside, speed down the Octopod’s arms and then race and roll to the rescue! It includes a special golden Gup-X with Captain Barnacle but you can buy additional Gup Speeders.
Needless to say my 2 year old loves this. The Octopod is instantly recognisable so she had no problem playing with the Octopod Launcher. It took her a while to grasp you need to press and release the Octo-Alert button but then she was away. It was also really easy to build, which is always a bonus!
The Octonauts Gup Speeders Octopod Launcher is a great toy for fans of the Octonauts. It costs £24.97 which seems a reasonable price for this kind of playset and is recommended for ages 3 and over.
Even though my son is now 4, he would absolutely love this!! Reasonable price as well!
