Regular readers will know that I love to craft and upcycle. So it’s probably no surprise that I adore Reloved magazine. It’s a brilliant magazine for people who want a little creativity in their lives and upcycling is a great way to make beautiful, practical things for a fraction of the cost of buying them in the shops.
The latest issue of Reloved magazine is a Summer Special with 29 fun new craft projects.
As usual there are Midweek Makes, Fashion Fixes, Home Refurbs, 3 Ways With… and a Furniture Revamp. There’s a great mix of projects for upcycling furniture, decorative textiles and clothing and much more.
I love the vintage bunting made with vintage embroidered linens. I have a stash of these but I can never bring myself to cut them up! I also love the pattern for the Japanese-style wall hanging the shape of which is inspired by cherry blossom.
There’s a Personalised pallet art project I also really like. I’ve already upcycled a pallet into a planter and I would love to personalise it with our surname. The instructions are in 4 easy steps so I’m sure this is something even I could manage.
Giveaway:
Reloved magazine costs £4.99 but I have one copy of the July issue to giveaway to a reader of the gingerbread house. Entry couldn’t be simpler, just fill in the Rafflecopter widget below.
