At 22 months Little Sis is a very fussy eater. Despite phasing out her lunchtime bottle her appetite is still pretty hit and miss and there is no pattern to the amount she eats. She does seem to prefer ready meals to my own cooking (!) so I was happy to try the new meals from Ella’s Kitchen.
The range is called my little BIG meals, are 100% organic and designed for 12 months+. There are 6 varieties and each includes at least 5 different types of fruit and veg. Each meal contains 200g of food which means they are perfect for big and small appetites.
We were sent a couple to try and after a busy day out and about Little Sis tucked into the chunky pasta Bolognese Bake. She normally adores pasta so I had high hopes for this meal and wasn’t disappointed! She finished the whole bowl which was a pretty huge portion for her. I was happy, she was happy. I will be stocking up on these meals!
The range includes yummy favourites like Pork Stew and Chicken Curry as well as more exotic dishes such as Veggie Moussaka and Chicken Paella-ella-ella. They have a RRP of £2.19 and can be found in the baby aisle in major retailers.
Izebella is almost one and she will eat anything but baby food, tried all kinds, she will eat the kiddie ready meals in asda tho so these may be worth a try when I’m busy
