My son and husband are huge Star Wars fans. We all loved the latest Star Wars film, Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker when we watched it last week. This was the first year my son didn’t ask for a Star Wars Lego set for Christmas which made me feel a bit sad, although he did buy a small Mandalorian Lego set. We can’t wait to watch The Mandalorian when it comes to the UK via Disney+ this March.

According to an Instagram post from John Favreau, writer and director, the series is set between the end of the original trilogy and the start of The Force Awakens and will follow a “lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy.” It sounds great and we can’t wait to meet Baby Yoda! My son loves the idea of Baby Yoda and it has inspired his crafting with Baby Yoda origami and pictures. I wanted to give him something new to do so have added a free Baby Yoda inspired colouring sheet to my printables.
