Well looks like I missed a couple of days there! I was fully intending to post some pictures of the monkeys I made my partner but life got in the way as usual.
Anyway, here they are. Made from the wonderful pattern in Sock and Glove by Miyako Kanamori , a book which I really love.
I seem to have signed myself up for a few more swaps, including something handmade for the sewing room. I was thinking of making a needle case or pin cushion as I’ve never made either. I have a couple of weeks to decide and make which is good as we’re of to Scotland for a holiday this week. I’m hoping for plenty of inspiration, and perhaps the odd bit of fabric buying, whilst we’re away!
