We love reviewing toys here at the gingerbread house so I’m delighted to be able to share a new addition to the Sylvanian Families range – the Brick Oven Bakery Set.
Don’t you just love the smell of freshly baked bread? Help Eleanor Bramble run the brick oven bakery with this well-equipped set. From baking trays to baskets, this set has everything the Sylvanians need to run their own bakery.
This is a very sweet set with a lot of accessories. It came straight out of the box ready made so I only needed to put a few stickers on the playset. There are nearly 50 pieces which include display cabinets, trays, baskets, tongs, bread, a till, milk, butter and cheese. My children loved setting up their displays.
It has a clever design which means you can connect other buildings to it. We added Cedar Terrace to the top to create a very tall building! We also added the shopping trolley from the Grocery Shopping set we have.
Our Sylvanian Families collection is growing and I’m always pleased to add new sets such as the Brick Oven Bakery. The attention to details is amazing. The accessories are perfect, especially the special breads. It came with a little story book which my children enjoyed and now they want their own special shaped breads too!
My children gets hours of fun from their Sylvanian Families toys. This is a lovely addition to their very own Sylvanian world. They both love their small world play and this helps stimulate imaginative role-play and so much more.
