The Easter Goody Bag from Hotel Chocolat review

Posted on March 15, 2016October 19, 2020 by jenny

If you follow me over on Instagram you’ll know I recently posted this pic of The Easter Goody bag from Hotel Chocolate. I was kindly sent one to review and have been enjoying trying these indulgent goodies this week.

The Easter Goody Bag from Hotel Choclat

Hotel Chocolat is a British chocolatier and cocoa grower, with over seventy shops in the United Kingdom. Hotel Chocolat is the only company in the United Kingdom to grow cocoa on its own plantation.

The Easter Goody Bag is a great size for chocolate lovers, filled with a selection of handbag-sized treats. This makes a great alternative to a traditional chocolate egg and I love the fact we got to try lots of different Hotel Chocolate products. I usually stick to plain chocolate but I was pleased to try something different.

The Easter Goody Bag

The Easter Goody Bag comes in a sturdy cardboard bag containing a Salted Caramel Nano Slab, Caramel City Bunnies, Raspberry Egglets, Three Scrambled Pralines, and “Hop” Pillow Pack.

As you can see from my photo, I’d already eaten the Salted Caramel Nano Slab. Sorry, but Salted Caramel anything just won’t last long in our house. Since then we’ve also enjoyed the Caramel City Bunnies, Three Scrambled Pralines, and “Hop” Pillow Pack. Neither of us were so keen on the sound of the Raspberry Egglets, but they were actually quite nice.

Overall this is a lovely parcel of chocolate for grown ups, and not bad value at £18.

Great price for all of that beautiful chocolate. May have to pay Hotel Chocolat a visit at lunch…
