Recreate the magic of Pixie Hollow at home

What’s on the top of your Christmas tree this year? I’d love to say we had a fairy but that would just be cruel with two children who still believe in the magic of fairies. Luckily for them there are plenty of toys for them to re-create the world of Tinker Bell and her friends.

Little Sis was the lucky recipient of a bundle of toys which included Take Flight Tink and some Disney Fairies dolls from Jakks Pacific to play with.

We’re firm believers in fairies in our house. We have two fairy houses and a fairy village in the town we live so we’re lucky to pay regular visits to these and have even received our own fairy mail!

Take Flight Tink

Fairies love to fly and explore the skies, especially Tinker Bell. Now with a little push of magic, Tink swirls through the sky up to 10 feet high! Simply insert Tink into her beautiful floral base, turn the flower handle 3-5 times and press the ladybird to watch her soar!

This is a fun toy and Tink really does fly! We found we only needed to turn the handle a couple of times to make Tink fly through the sky. You need to push the ladybird button quite hard to launch Tink but my 4 year old managed to work it herself after a few attempts.

Disney Fairies dolls

Little Sis was delighted to receive Silvermist, Fawn and Rosetta and Tink 9″ dolls. All four appear in the first Tinkerbell film and are a water fairy, animal fairy and a garden fairy respectively. She recognised the characters as we have all the Tinkerbell films on DVD.

The dolls are very realistic with detachable sparkling fairy wings, pretty dresses and look exactly like their characters in the Tinkerbell films. We found they are a similar size to other dolls so they go really well with other toys and playsets we already have.

Little Sis is going to have so much fun recreating the magic of Pixie Hollow at home!

Take Flight Tink  has a RRP £14.99 and the Disney Fairies RRP £9.99 each. They are available from Amazon and all good toy shops.
