Sponsored Video: Heinz – Amoyzing Noodles

We’ve had a lot of fun with the theme of Chinese New Year over the last few weeks. We love exploring other cultures and I find there’s usually a learning opportunity for the whole family!

This year Chinese New Year falls on Thursday 19th of February and we’ve made some really fun crafts, such as our Chinese lantern sun catcher and Chinese New Year Year of the Sheep sun catcher.

This year I’d love to try some Chinese cooking. My family love trying new foods so I think it could be fun for everyone, I just don’t know where to start.

If, like me, you need a little extra help in the kitchen then you’re in luck. Amoy has partnered with the TV chef Ching-He Huang in a series of videos showing you how to create authentic Asian meals with a handful of fresh ingredients and a dash of Amoy expertise. Take a look at this short video below:

It looks so colourful and appetizing! There are 12 videos, each lasting about a minute, so the perfect length for some food inspiration. Dishes include Chicken Pad Thai with Crunchy Vegetables, Cantonese Beef & Black Bean Noodles and Thai Pork Peanut Satay Stir Fry amongst others. To download the recipes, see all the videos and find out more about the Amoy range, visit their website.
