A smooth ride with Britax Affinity

Britax affinityOver the last week I’ve been testing the Britax Affinity with Little Sis as part of my role as a Britax Mumbassador. I have to say I didn’t think Little Sis would ever be on the receiving end of a new pushchair. There is lots of choice with the Britax Affinity and we have the black chassis with the Cool Berry fabric set which I love. It’s nice to stand out from the crowd and we’ve certainly been doing that!

It took minutes to put together and we’ve been enjoying using it. It is equally easy to handle on the bus and pavements of London, as well as the open green spaces of Ally Pally. I thought I would tell you my 5 favourite things about it:

  • fully reversible seat unit with multi-position recline
  • height-adjustable handle
  • spacious shopping basket
  • bumper bar can be unclipped on one side to remove child
  • colour pack makes it easy to customise

I’m sure I will be telling you a lot more about it as we use it. You can also follow me on Instagram to see some of the photos I’ve taken of it.

This year Britax is proud to announce its dual headline sponsorship of the 2013 Bliss Buggy Push alongside sporty outdoor stroller brand, BOB. The initiative involves a series of family-friendly 5km buggy walks across the UK, designed to help raise money for Bliss, the special care baby charity.

Bliss is a UK charity working to provide the best possible care and support for all premature and sick babies and their families. One in every 9 babies is born premature or sick – that is around 80,000 babies every year – with one being admitted to special care every six minutes. Bliss is encouraging people all around the country to organise their own Buggy Push in their local area between May and December 2013, with the flagship London launch event taking place in Regents Park on 25 May. For more information visit www.bliss.org.uk To mark the launch of the sponsorship, BRITAX will be giving away one of its latest pushchairs, the BRITAX affinity on the Britax Facebook page.
