My contribution for this weeks The Gallery over at Sticky Fingers is this portrait I took of my husband and son yesterday. My poor husband has recently been discharged from 2 weeks in hospital where he underwent an emergency operation for an abcess in his bowel. He’s recovering well but it’s been hard for him being parted from his new son. He is just about able to hold him again. I’ve been keeping count of all the nappies he has missed out on changing for when he’s well enough to help out again!
