So the weather forecast is pretty dire today so we’re going to go school shoe shopping. This is probably my least favourite thing to do as a parent as my children’s feet are always growing. School shoes are really expensive but I know it’s important to get good quality shoes that fit properly so I know we’ll go to Clarks on the High Street.

Fortunately I only have a few things to pick up before school starts (and I’m really glad we still have 2 weeks left of the summer holidays to do it). Maped Helix kindly #gifted the children water bottles and lunchboxes from their brand new Maped Picnik range.  With Little Sis starting Junior School next month I will have 2 children taking packed lunches to school every day so I was pleased to have these.

This range of brightly coloured, innovative lunch boxes, lunch bags and water bottles have been specially developed with unique features making them simple for children to use and easy for parents to clean.

Help your little ones stay hydrated in school with the Maped Picnik range of water bottles. Featuring unique innovations such as easy to open protective caps over the drinking spouts and a removable base for easy cleaning. The bottles are also 100% leak proof ensuring no spillages in the classroom! I had a clear out last week and got rid of all our old bottles. The children love the look of these and can’t wait to test the 100% leak proof promise.

The Maped Picnik lunch boxes are ideal for food on the go! The lunch boxes are easy to open with the twist of the lid which is a great idea. There are two different styles but the one we were sent has a leak proof tray inside, perfect for separating sandwiches from the snacks. When lunchtime is finished, the box is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. We will be testing these on a few picnics next week as they are too nice to keep just for school.

Both the bottles and lunch boxes are plain but it seems my children are growing out of the phase of themed products so these will suit them perfectly. I just need to add some name stickers and that’s another thing ticket off my Back To School to do list.
