Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast

Today we took part in a very special home viewing party to celebrate the launch of Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast which is out today (April 20th 2015) on DVD and Blu-Ray.

My 3 year old loves Tinker Bell and was very excited to receive a special parcel of Disney magic containing a copy of TinkerBell and the Legend of the Neverbeast, some popcorn, magical fairy wings, a Tinkerbell doll and set of 6 fairies from the film -Tinker Bell, Rosetta, Fawn, Silvermist, Vidia and The Neverbeast.

This afternoon we sat down to watch the film with a bowl of delicious pixie dust popcorn.

Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast

Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast is the seventh film in the TinkerBell series and yes, we’ve watched and own the previous six films!

An ancient myth of a massive creature sparks the curiosity of Tinker Bell and her good friend Fawn, an animal fairy who’s not afraid to break the rules to help an animal in need. But this creature is not welcome in Pixie Hollow – and the scout fairies are determined to capture the mysterious beast, who they fear will destroy their home. Fawn must convince her fairy friends to risk everything to rescue the Neverbeast.

The first time we watched the film my children were a bit scared by the Neverbeast. Now they’ve watched the DVD at home they aren’t scared any more. I think the sweet playset they were sent has really helped. In fact the fairies have felt right at home in our homemade fairy garden! We really enjoyed watching the film again and especially loved the character of Fawn, it’s a great addition to our film collection.
