Books for little learners

Big Brother and Little Sis were sent some lovely new books from the little learners range. They are the perfect age for these colourful picture books and we’ve all been enjoying taking some time to look through them together. I often forget the simple pleasures that come from looking through a picture book.

Miraculously the three books we were sent kept both the 5 and 25 month old entertained. This was of great benefit as the toddler always wants my attention so it was really lovely to do an activity which we could all enjoy. The three books we were sent were Night Night, touch and feel animals and I feel happy.

little learnersNight Night features first bedtime words. This was a real hit with the toddler who loves his bedtime routine.

We love our feely books and touch and feel animals is a great book for little fingers. The toddler instantly knew what to do but it was lovely seeing Little Sis reach out to touch the pages. The toddler was able to point to the different animals and we had fun making lots of animal noises.

The final book was I feel happy, another lovely chunky book with beautiful illustrations. I like the idea of teaching the toddler about his emotions but he was easily distracted by the chunky tabs which pull out! I think it will stand up to his chubby hands – fingers crossed!

The full range of little learners, published by Paragon, is available at all major retailers including Tesco, WH Smith, Sainsbury’s, Amazon and Early Learning Centre with books ranging from £2.99 to £6.99. The range is also available internationally throughout Europe, the United States, Australia (as Little Me), & Latin America (in Spanish).

Disclosure – we were sent these little learners books for the purpose of review
