There’s a new glossy magazine aimed at modern mum’s just like me and you. It’s called Gurgle and available exclusively in Mothercare stores, Early Learning Centres, or via subscription. So what do you get for the princely sum of £2?
I was sent the first copy to review and I loved it. It is packed full of advice on parenting and tips for family life, fashion must-haves, food, travel and celebrity news. I had a good read from cover to cover and will be passing it round my circle of mum friends.

- ideas for children’s rooms
There are a number of other parenting magazines around, focusing on pregnancy, babies, toddlers and children. Does this magazine offer anything different? The price tag is very appealing and I liked the fact you could actually read the front cover, it wasn’t wrapped in oodles of cellophane with a free nappy and book of baby names. It also had a bit of everything I liked, so was perfect to pick up when I had 5 minutes to myself. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be looking out for the next copy.
