Liven up your lunch time with Warburtons Krazy Kitchen

I don’t know about you but I often find it difficult to make lunchtime fun for the children. I often lack inspiration, especially when they want something NOW!

Well, Warburtons have created the entertaining Krazy Kitchen gameshow to liven up your lunchtime! The hilarious 30 second videos pits two families against each to create a delicious and inspiring lunch in the Warburtons Krazy Kitchen. The two families battle it out, mum versus mum, dad versus dad and child versus child in three hilarious videos to make the best sandwich whilst being distracted by unexpected ‘kraziness’. The videos can found on the Warburtons Facebook page.

We were sent a hamper of ingredients for the recipes shown in the videos as well as some ‘krazy’ props to help liven up lunch time. The Tuna, Sweetcorn and Cheese Pitta Pockets made with Warburtons white sandwich pittas went down so well I didn’t have time to take many pictures! They were really easy to make and more fun than a normal sandwich. My little helpers were really good too, buttering the pittas, mixing the sweetcorn and tuna and of course, cleaning their plates.

The last instalment was released today, Friday 23 August 2013, so make sure you head over to the Warburtons Facebook page and take a look. For even more lunch entertainment and inspiration, Warburtons have also provided exclusive footage of Masterchef winner, Lisa Faulkner, creating one of the recipes in the Sixty Second Sandwich Challenge.

Disclaimer: I received a payment for this post and a hamper of goodies to make the recipe featured above.
