Cooking with spice

Did you know about half a million curries are eaten in the UK every day? We’re quite boring and stick to making the same old chicken korma or lamb rogan josh (we’re actually ate one last night!). Well the lovely people at Blue Dragon thought I might be interested in trying some of their products and send me a hamper of goodies to try myself. We started with their new Thai Red Curry Paste and last week we gave it a try. We followed the suggested recipe on the side of the jar which was lovely and simple and quick (always a big plus!). The curry was delicious and not too hot. I didn’t take any pictures and there were no leftovers which is surely a good sign?!

Blue Dragon have recently relaunched their brand and as part of the re-launch have developed a new range of products. The Paste Range is an ideal way to make a delicious Oriental Curry and the new Thai Red Curry Paste includes the essential Fish Sauce which gives a really rich taste.

Thank you Blue Dragon for encouraging us to try something out of our comfort zone!

Love the sound of this, a bit different to what we normally cook.
